I’ve stayed at a solid 123.5 (: so I think if I get back on it then I can get down to 121?

thank you very much. I used to make it such a big deal what I ate. but I had a more wellrounded lunch and worked out this morning to make up for it.
@2 months agomybodyismytemp1e asked: Get rid of all unhealthy food in your house. If it isn't there to eat, you won't eat it. Carry a healthy snack like almonds or a granola bar with you so when you get hungry you will reach for that instead of going to a snack machine. Also carry water with you. If you feel like eating something unhealthy, drink some water and think about how good healthy feels. Try to indulge once a day, though. Have some cookies or ice cream, otherwise you'll go crazy with craving.
thank you, I ONLY drink water. the main thing that really kills it are the chocolate snacks. but they’re my moms so I can’t throw them out.
@2 months agoI’ve almost completely lost my motivation to eat clean. if you’ve seen my mfp food diary it’s not very good /: I made this to help but I haven’t been on it too much. I don’t know what to do.. someone please help.

lol I’ve really lost a lot of mine, I think with stress and getting so close to my goal I didn’t stay focused enough.
